REALTY FEES
SALES
OPEN AGREEMENT fees: 5% of selling price + VAT
SOLE AGREEMENT fees : 3.5% of selling price + VAT
(Above fees also apply for Barter)
LETTING:
Residential Letting - LONG LET (6 months and over): A sum equivalent to 50% of one month's rent + VAT.
Residential Letting - SHORT LET (Less than 6 months): A sum equivalent to 10% of the total rent charged to the tenant + VAT.
Commercial Lease:
A sum equivalent to 10% of a year's rent + VAT, as well as 5% of any premium + VAT.
